Founder & CEO

With over **20 years in healthcare technology**, Yves brings rare depth across product development, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations. As a founding team member at **Easee**, the pioneering digital eye-testing company, he helped build one of the first products to achieve **CE Class IIa under the EU MDR**, with **ISO 13485 certification by TÜV Rheinland**.

Today, he's leading Optavius's push toward **FDA and CE approval for AI/ML medical device functions**, making the call agent progressively more autonomous while maintaining the highest standards of **medical device cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance**.

Co-Founder & CTO

Paul is a seasoned technical leader and serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in **product development, software architecture, and venture building**. As co-founder and CTO of **BusyMachines**, which grew to 50+ employees and was acquired by MKB, he advised on technology and business strategy for **60+ startups worldwide**.

His experience spans building core products for European scale-ups, **healthcare EMR systems**, and distributed platforms. At Optavius, Paul drives the **technical architecture and product strategy**, ensuring the platform is robust, scalable, and ready for the demands of modern eye care operations.
